Bookings

Terms and Conditions

• Minimum stay for Mid & Low seasons – five days.
• Minimum stay Peak season – two weeks.
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
• The remaining 70% is payable six weeks prior to arrival.
• Credit cards are not accepted, payment is via EFT or PayFast.
• A refundable breakages deposit is required ranging from R5 000 – R10 000 depending on length of stay. This deposit is kept in trust and returned after departure, following a satisfactory inventory count.
• An indemnity document for the owners and agents is required to be signed by tenants.
• Please note we do not take bookings for Plett Rage
• Check-in after 3pm unless pre-arranged early check-in is requested
• Check-out by 9am unless pre-arranged late check-out is requested.

Cancellation Policy

• The 30% deposit is not refundable if booking is cancelled.
• The 70% final payment will be refunded if a new booking replaces the cancelled one. If a new booking only partly replaces the cancelled booking, a pro rata refund will be given.

Child Policy

• Not entirely suitable for very young children under 10 years of age. Uncovered swimming pool.

Maid Service

• Tenants are required to make use of a provided maid at least 3 days per week at an additional charge of R400/weekday and R480/weekend day payable directly to the maid.

Smoking Policy

• No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the house under any circumstances.

Pet Policy

• No pets allowed in the house or the garden.
